The Novaliches Cathedral on Tuesday urged the public to be cautious of individuals claiming to sell vaccination booking forms.
It told the public that it never authorized anyone to sell booking forms for people who want to get vaccinated against Covid-19.
“We do not support this,” it said. “Beware of opportunists.”
The cathedral was reacting to reports that some “outsiders” are selling vaccination booking forms in the church premises.
To protect its parishioners, the cathedral said it will now be implementing an online booking system for its vaccination program.
It reminded, though, that those that have already submitted their booking forms need not to repeat the process.
“For those who have submitted booking forms prior to this date, you no longer need to submit another booking form,” it said.
To get online booking, the faithful may visit https://tinyurl.com/GSCBooking; or scan the QR code found on the cathedral’s Facebook page.
The Novaliches diocese and the Quezon City government have earlier partnered for the conduct of Covid-19 vaccination in the area.
